This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like air conditioning, wi-fi, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff helped me find great places to eat, which I remember fondly. I recommend checking the coffee shop! I’m coming back for a xmas.

The location offer a fantastic base close to historical sites, making it easy to explore Mantova. The family room was comfortable, and having two sinks in the bathroom was a nice touch. The mini bar with complimentary items added a pleasant surprise. Staff interactions were warm and helpful, providing tips for local attractions. However, the room felt small for a family, and the bathroom was rather cramped. Breakfast options didn't meet expectations. Limited meal choices left me dissatisfied, especially since it was advertised as included. UHT milk just doesn't cut it for a satisfying morning meal. Noise from the streets made it hard to enjoy quiet moments at night as well, particularly with windows needing to be open for airflow.

Wi-fi was fast, and lift access was convenient. Room was too hot, no AC.
